BBC has learned that Christian Bale has signed on not to just one but three "Terminator" movies, of which "Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins" is the first.
Apparently, Bale loves the script so much that he signed on for all three movies.
"The Future Begins" is directed by McG ("Charlie's Angels") and will take place in a future where sentient machines are out to exterminate the human race. Bale plays John Conner, a rebel leader who leads the human resistance against the machines.
The movie is shooting for a PG-13 rating and will be released on May 22, 2009.
The BBC is also soliciting questions for the producers of the movie. Leave them in their comments section.
