July 31 is here and that means the court will once again try to determine whether or not Britney Spears is fit to take back control of her estate.

So what is the court's decision? Not quite yet, according to Reuters.

"It is my understanding that Ms. Spears is reluctantly agreeing that we extend the temporary letters (of conservatorship)," Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz said.

As such, her dad will remain the conservator of her estate until another hearing scheduled for December 22. However, should Spears' condition improved before then, a "review" has been scheduled for October 28.
