Britney Spears is still "not fit" to take over her estate, worth about $100 million, according to her lawyer. This means her dad, Jamie Spears, won't be able to return to his full-time job as a caterer and will have to look over her estate a while longer.

Don't feel too bad for him though. He is compensated handsomely for his efforts, to the tune of $2,500/week.

Jamie Spears was appointed the conservator of her estate in February when she was admitted to a psychiatric ward after her second breakdown on January 31, where she had to be physically removed from her home by the LAPD.

The court is supposed assess whether or not Britney Spears is able to take control of her estate on July 31st. No word on when the new court date is.
